Shipping Times
All in-stock orders are ready to ship within 1-4 business days unless we are on away from the workplace which will be noted on the home page of the website. During these times, shipping times may be delayed. Please read webpage header alert for away notices/dates.
International Shipping
International shipping may be subject to customs or duties. Customers are responsible for paying all customs fees. International packages may be delayed by customs.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once we ship packages, they are out of our control. Please check with your local postal or package carrier to handle this matter. Refunds will not be issued on lost packages.
