Refund policy

RETURN POLICY

If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, we will gladly refund it. Please contact us at info@wildbillsblanks.com for return instructions and refer to the conditions below:

1. Must be returned in the same condition that you received it (unworn, unwashed & undamaged). In order to keep their shape, hats must be returned in a box, not a soft package. If we receive a hat that is smashed, a 25% fee will be deducted from the refund/credit total.

2. Must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

3. Only regular priced items may be returned/refunded. Any discounted or sale items that are returned will receive store credit.

4. Returns are only offered on domestic orders.

5. An order number or receipt is required for all returns.

6. Returns will not be processed until we have received your item.

7. Customers are responsible for purchasing return label.

7. Only the item and applicable tax are eligible for refund once the return is received. The original order shipping amount cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGE POLICY

We do not offer exchanges. Customers must repurchase new item and return original item. Please refer to return instructions above. If you catch us in time, we will be happy to help you make changes to an order, however we cannot make guarantees. Once your order has been shipped, changes cannot be made.
